Through our health and wellness brand, Southern Plus, we help our clients continue living independently in their own homes for as long as possible by assisting with everyday activities.
Southern Plus is an accredited provider offering a range of services through Government-funded care via Home Care Packages (HCP), the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), and the Short–Term Restorative Care (STRC) program or self-funding privately.
Our clients can choose from a broad range of services to build a health and lifestyle plan tailored to their age-related health conditions and circumstances. Our services include personal care, social support (shopping service and companionship), cleaning, medication support, allied health, nursing support and in-home respite.
We offer home care to people living in the South West, including Bunbury, Busselton and neighbouring areas.
