Southern Cross Housing (SCH) is a registered community housing provider under the Department of Communities.
We work in partnership with the Department to provide a home for West Australians over the age of 55 years who earn a low to moderate income and have been registered on the Department’s joint waitlist.
As a Community Housing provider, we are skilled in matching people to properties according to individual requirements by considering their location, design and support needs.
SCH is governed by a voluntary Board of Directors who provide an essential range of business expertise.
