Residential aged care caters for individuals who can no longer live independently at home. Moving into residential aged care can be a big adjustment for individuals and their loved ones. We can provide support to assist with this adjustment. Our compassionate and friendly staff are available to answer any questions and make the transition as comfortable as possible.
At Southern Cross Care (WA) we are committed to caring for each of our residents with respect and dignity, offering choice and a person-centred approach to care. All residents have tailored care, activity, and dietary plans, along with access to 24/7 on-site nursing staff and specialised health professionals (physiotherapists, occupational therapists, medical staff, dementia consultants and podiatrists) to help achieve their health and wellness goals.
In addition to spacious rooms, many with their own ensuite, each of our homes have specially designed communal areas where residents can take part in activities, enjoy time with people or grab a snack between meals.
