Success Village features 137 villas set among beautiful gardens with 2- and 3-bedroom villas. A bus stop outside the village connects residents to the local bus routes and the Perth-to-Mandurah train line.
The Community Centre offers a comfortable place to catch up with friends, with a large TV screen, a fully equipped kitchen, and an on-site library.

About the village
The sheltered outdoor entertaining area provides year-round comfort and the perfect setting for an afternoon BBQ or to sit and have a cuppa while enjoying the fresh air.
The Southern Plus Health and Wellness Centre at at the village provides residents with easy access to wellness support through our home care offerings. The Centre acts as a multi-function admin, sales and wellness hub for our Home Care wellness partners.
The village is also co-located with Frank Prendergast House, a 73-bed residential aged care home.
