Our residential care homes have been purpose built to provide a supportive environment where residents feel comfortable, safe and happy each day.

Each home is spacious and designed for easy way finding and accessible amenities such as en suites, kitchens and dining/lounge areas within close proximity of bedrooms.

Essential items are provided including bedroom furniture, however, to make the room feel just like home, residents may bring items of personal importance, including quilts or doona covers, photos and other special treasures.

All bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas include emergency call bells and access to outside spaces. Our outdoor areas provide residents with access to tranquil gardens, while remaining safe and secure.

Our residents have a say in their daily meals

We aim to provide enjoyable dining experiences for our residents that are thoughtfully created and full of choice. When new residents join us, they will be asked to provide their dining preferences. Dining options are supported by our dietician and clinical team to ensure they are nutritious and meet every individual’s health requirement.

Our chefs and kitchen staff take immense pride in preparing delicious, home-cooked meals with a range of choices on offer. Our daily menus are reviewed for summer and winter dining, with residents providing feedback and suggestions to help build menus that are appealing to them. Residents are encouraged to share any special dietary requirements, so that we can accommodate their preferences.

All meals are plated with care and served to residents either in our intimate dining rooms, in their room or a location of their choosing. Residents have access to daily menus to increase their understanding of the selection available and help them choose their meal for the day, lifting their overall dining experience.
