Expressions of interest are now open for Southern Cross Care (WA)’s new Consumer Advisory Committee
We are seeking interested clients, residents, carers and family members to join our Consumer Advisory Committee (CAC).

Would you like to be a part of improving the aged care, mental health and retirement living sectors? Would you like to use your lived experiences and feedback to influence Southern Cross Care (WA)’s approach to future services and accommodation?
This committee is committed to meeting every quarter as we strengthen our engagement practices. To participate you will be a consumer of one of our services, homes or villages or you may be a family member of one of our consumers.
Membership to the CAC is voluntary for all consumers and their representatives. We are seeking membership from all areas of our organisation including retirement living, home care services, residential aged care, mental health, disability and Southern Cross Housing to share ideas and opinions to help us improve our services.

We will send you information about how the Committee will work, what is involved, your responsibilities, sitting fees for participation at meetings and how we will select members if there are too many nominations.
You may already be involved in an existing group, forum or committee where you share feedback and we encourage you to continue to participate in these activities.
