There’s a lot of information out there about the Support at Home program, but it’s not always easy to understand what it means for you. Sometimes we just need to sit down with a real person — someone who listens, cares about our situation, and can answer our questions so we get the information and services we need.
That’s why we’re hosting two Support at Home Information Sessions this October in Belmont. These sessions will give you clear, practical information about Support at Home, how it works, and what it can offer you or your loved ones.
Our Support at Home team will cover:
- How Support at Home is different from current in-home aged care programs
- What funding is available and how it compares to Home Care Packages
- Who pays contributions, and what they cover
- What it means if you’re already on a Home Care Package
- What happens to any unspent funds
- Time for your questions
