After five years with Southern Cross Care WA (SCCWA), Chief Executive Officer Clare Grieveson will be leaving SCCWA on 30 October 2026 to take up a new role in an unrelated sector.
Clare has played a guiding role in leading the organisation and her passion and advocacy have been a hallmark of her time with us.
Clare said: “It has been an honour to serve as CEO over the past five years. In that time, I have seen remarkable change, growth and progress within our industry.”
Clare will remain as CEO until 30 October 2026 and will support the transition to a new CEO, giving our people time to say goodbye and acknowledge her contribution.
A recruitment process is underway, and while that runs its course, SCCWA and its leadership team remain focused on supporting our people, consumers and communities through a steady transition.
We congratulate Clare on her new opportunity and thank her for the positive contribution she has made to our organisation.
SCCWA has been part of the Western Australian community for 60 years and remains financially and culturally strong, with a clear plan to grow and continue supporting the people and communities we serve.
