Southern Cross Care WA (SCCWA) is an accredited provider offering a range of services through Government-funded care via the Support at Home Program, Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Restorative Care or self-funded privately.
Our clients can choose from various services to build a personalised health and lifestyle plan tailored to their age-related health conditions and circumstances. Our services include personal care, social support (shopping service and companionship), cleaning, medication support, allied health, nursing support and in-home respite.
We offer services to people living in the Perth metropolitan area and regional areas, including Broome and the South West.
