Southern Cross Care (WA) Inc. is excited to announce the launch of an exciting new initiative, Southern Plus Realty, to provide real estate services to all Southern Cross Care (SCC) clients.
Jane O’Halloran, SCC’s General Manager, Strategy said Southern Plus Realty would provide an invaluable service for those looking to move into an SCC retirement village or residential care facility but who needed to sell their family home at the same time.
“We know that when making the decision to move into a retirement village or a residential care facility there are many important factors to consider, in particular the sale of the family home, which can be a very stressful situation for many people.
“With Southern Plus Realty, our licensed real estate professionals can remove a lot of that stress by providing a seamless ‘one-stop shop’ service by not only assisting clients to sell the family home, but also organising the purchase of a unit at any SCC retirement village,” Jane said.
