Southern Plus’ range of health and wellness services and accommodation helps clients with complex health care needs to achieve what they want to truly enjoy life as they age.

For our clients who choose to remain independent and living in their own home, we offer allied health, clinical care and traditional services including personal care, domestic care, transport and medication support. For those who require a higher level of care, we have ‘Southern Plus East Fremantle our innovative aged care centre which combines residential aged care with an onsite health and wellness centre for seniors.

Southern Cross Housing Ltd. (SCH) provides affordable and supportive low-cost rental tenancies for low-income seniors, people with disabilities and individuals with a persistent mental health disorder.

As a registered ‘Growth Provider’ for the Department of Communities Housing, we currently manage 360 properties on their behalf and support the health and wellbeing of our 527 tenants.

Providing more than just a place to live, SCH provides tenants with a safe and stable environment and the necessary support networks and tools to live independently with a good quality of life. Through our VIP program, all SCH tenants receive priority access to any additional service they may need, including connecting them with their social worker, health specialists and assisting them to obtain additional funding so they may access care and support services including transport, domestic help, mental health, personal care and nursing, so they may manage their tenancy responsibly.
