Graduate Programs

Making a smooth transition from study to practice, Southern Cross Care’s Graduate Program can support recently graduated enrolled or registered nursing students to hone the skills they have developed through their studies.

Led by our Nurse Practitioner and Manager - Clinical Services, participants in our Graduate Program will have access to industry leaders and be exposed to critical and complex nursing functions in aged care while they work in our Care Facilities, At-Home Care Programs, Mental Health, or Dementia specific services.

Student Placements

Southern Cross Care provides opportunities for current or recently graduated students to apply their skills while they study. We provide the opportunity for nursing, occupational therapy, hospitality, commerce, aged care and other students to undertake placements as part of their studies, participate in work experience, or work in a related field while they finish their qualifications.
