Description

As part of our innovative Community Options program we are looking for experienced care support workers to add to our team working in a mental health setting.

Your role will be to help support residents who have persistent mental health issues and are now looking forward to community living.  Some residents may also have physical disabilities and many will require assistance with activities of daily living.

The facilities will provide a home-like environment for the clients and this challenging position will entail assisting clients to perform a variety of normal everyday tasks.

Training will be provided, however experience working with clients is essential while a history of working with people with mental health issues would be an advantage.
