Southern Cross Care manages 9 retirement villages around the metropolitan area and country WA. We own 7 villages and 2 are under management contracts.
SCC villages offer the appeal of community living with opportunities for residents to pursue their own hobbies and interests within the village with the added advantage of having the companionship and security of close neighbours.
With our service fees of up to half of those charged by many commercially operated villages our residents feel secure with a lifetime lease and enjoy exceptional returns on their investment.
Our experienced village managers can advise residents about services available to help maintain their independence as well as arranging care services or home maintenance through suppliers known and trusted by us
We encourage residents to have their say in all matters of village life and their input is highly regarded.
Southern Cross Care WA as part of its mission cares for a range of independent living accommodation starting with an entry amount of $3,000 to over $400,000.
