Community Aged Care Package

If you need more regular help, the Community Aged Care Package Program may provide the assistance you require. This program is a flexible service that can change according to your needs. To access these services, you will need to be referred to an Aged Care Assessment Team by your GP. These are some of the services to help make home life more manageable.

  • Personal care
  • Home help
  • Social support
  • Meal preparation or meal delivery
  • Respite for primary carers
  • Referral to other useful community services, including specialist nursing and dementia specific services
  • Shopping
  • Bill paying / errands

We speak your language

Italian and Spanish clients will be well served in their own culture and language. The Community Aged Care Package Program provides culturally specific community aged care packages. Italian clients can also enjoy culturally appropriate day respite services.
