Extended Aged Care at Home

We want our clients to remain independent for as long as possible. The Extended Aged Care at Home program provides a variety of services that can help achieve this.

  • We will ensure that the home environment is set up to meet your special needs
  • We’ll refer to other community agencies better able to assist with meals, transport, respite house and in-home services
  • We’ll provide access to specialist services such as registered nurses, occupational therapists and podiatrists
  • We’ll provide access to dementia specialist services to help as the illness progresses
