At Home Services
Southern Cross Care’s at-home services access government funded programs to deliver a range of services based on the level of care or support required by our clients. Depending on the program, we can provide a range of services which may include:
- Cleaning
- Meal preparation
- Social support and companionship
- Personal care
- Shopping
- Nursing services
- Dementia care support
- Equipment and consumables
- Access to allied health professionals
- Support in daily living
- Transport to appointments (where carer is not available)
- In-home respite
- Day or overnight respite
At Home Programs
Most of our services are government funded through programs such as:
- Home and Community Care (HACC)
- Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
- Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH)
- Extended Aged Care at Home (EACH) – Dementia
- National Respite for Carers Program
We also provide support to members of the community who have specific language requirements through our CASA program.
